1. In win-now mode
2. Focused on an exchange of offense for defense
3. 11 slots are locked in, four have team options
4. Consolidation trades can't result in an increase of overall salary as we are likely to get hard capped below the first apron
5. Willing to trade AB in a package for an all-star scoring guard
6. Franz and Paolo are untouchable
7. Looking to trade up in the draft
8. Willing to salary dump guaranteed money to access NT-MLE and keep Moritz
Anything else? Anything incorrect?
One of Isaac/KCP won't be here next year

To add to the list:
So many conversations have happened with teams already that I think the players involved in the rebrand reveal are at least considered MORE likely to return.
That list:
Paolo, Franz, Suggs, TDS, KCP. I’m NOT counting Isaac who was just a background character in Paolo’s video.
The rest of the team is more or less open for business (minus maybe Mo, but they couldn’t include a guy in the rebrand they need to negotiate with). My eyebrows did raise at the team utilizing TDS in the rebrand instead of Anthony Black, given how new TDS is and that Anthony Black was a bigger part of the team much of the season. It signaled to me an admission (at minimum) that AB is likely the most attractive piece in potential trade deals.
I trust the stuff the actual team puts out over any of these pundits, and this was one of the few spots they had to show their hand. Any team would work to minimize the amount of pie on their face with a player featured in a rebrand that’s then dealt weeks later. It isn’t a good look.
This obviously doesn’t mean things can change between now and the draft, but it shows us what the team is thinking at this moment in time.
