Milwaukee last played a game on April 29 and it hasn't happened yet, so interested teams have begun to move forward with their offseason plans and strategies, hunkering around conference room tables for meeting after meeting, with the growing resignation that Antetokounmpo won't wind up on the market.

Antetokounmpo might have even given potential suitors a nudge to shift to those other plans at a recent public appearance in Brazil, where he said of the Oklahoma City/Indiana matchup: "The Finals are different; I hope to be back with the Bucks."

That said …

It's only June 11.

And Antetokounmpo obviously has the ability, as much as any superstar in the league, to do things on his own timetable.

Lmfao the media is hilarious. Imagine saying you want to be back in the Finals with the Bucks, and on the same day post a picture of yourself holding up your Bucks jersey in front of Christ the Redeemer, then a month later request a trade. His image would be tarnished despite his accomplishments.
