I'd love to trade KD to Atlanta for a player package and those picks for another option.

If we send KD to the SAS for that package, then I prefer to keep him.
If we trade with the SAS for those players, then we will not be competitive in a few years, while still keeping Booker and Beal, probably.
If we trade with the SAS for those players, I believe I a going to find a new team to cheer for.
If we trade with the SAS, I am out. This would not be the Phoenix Suns, this would be Ishbia's company and hobbie, not an NBA team (which probably already is).

Veteran Barnes for the locker room

If they won't do #2 or Castle, then say no. They dont need #2 , Castle and Fox. One of those guys can be shipped off.

Then use our pick for Kalkbrenner, and get Westrbook or Brogdan for Vet min

Dunn & Sochan has to be the least offensively talented forward duo in the assiciation.

But on the other end of the spectrum, the potential to become an elite energizing defensive duo together.

Direly needed when Booker is the center of the team. If we trade him for Sochan/Barnes/Vassell/#14 then that's fine deal...provided we send Vassell off somewhere else for stuff. I like Dallas to get Gafford or maybe to PDX for Simons? Get a PG or C with the trade and the other with our pick at #14

That will have to be the vision of Ish/Gregory. Vassell is just a player to acquire to use in a bigger trade

I don't hate Durant like that - I just never wanted him on the team

And the good thing is - if there are multiple suitors and durant is open to maybe three teams - maybe will allow the Suns to get a VERY GOOD deal

Even if they are crazy enough to deal the #2, i wouldn't hold my breath for Harper as a future cornerstone. Can't see him ever becoming a difference maker in NBA ball. Not so sure Castle is an inferior player here...

You sound like the Knicks board. There are some there that think if we take Kat back for KD (we shouldn't), that we should also definitely be giving them 2 future 1st round picks. More **** that will never happen. Just because the Spurs have the luck to have the problem of already having pg's and the #2 pick, doesn't mean they shouldn't look into using the 2 pick or Castle to further upgrade their team. No way they should give up either for KD if smart.

I am on record as before for the trade from the day Flex first announced on June 30 before Free Agency starts to about July 2
After that - I didn't want it to happen - especially at the cost

If he really wrote that -- you can tell what is important, scoring, hooping and getting paid. And thats fine.. but I think its time to move on
