No different than game 3 against Denver. Yes, a win would be ideal and put them in control of the series, but this isn't a must win. If they lose tonight then game 4 and game 5 become must win games just like the Denver series. I hope they come out with IH and Chet in the starting lineup. Game 2 was close and Indy looked poised to make a run then IH and Chet were put out there together and OKC took control and ran Indy out of the building after that finishing the 1st on a solid run that never slowed down. You can argue the Chet and IH minutes were not as dominant for OKC as some of the other lineups, but it just changed the momentum drastically and there is something about having two 7 footers with their skill level that has always had a negative mental impact on opponents. Talented twin tower teams have always been successful.

I like playing the two big line up a big but you gotta realize that Chet can't keep up playing that line up for a long time.

It should be 10-12 minute a game lineup. It just sets a tone and changes the mentality in a way that isn't quantifiable with stats. I really hate that argument and that I'm making it because I want everything to be statistically quantifiable, but some things in sports just aren't. Like the guys that somehow just step up big in the playoffs or shrink in the playoffs. The human element does come in to play and if it didn't draft outcomes would be much more predictable. No one saw SGA, Giannis and Jokic becoming the top players in the NBA or they would have been drafted higher and maybe Presti takes Giannis over Adams. No, that isn't meant as a knock on the Adams pick just saying that Giannis was not a predictable outcome which is why he was drafted 15th instead of top 3 in a weak draft.

Need our role players to step up.

I don’t mind seeing some Kenrich or Jaylin minutes here . Just some different looks to force pacers to adjust.

I think some Jaylin/Chet and Jaylin/IH units could be productive. I'd like to see it given a shot to keep more size on the floor. I also think JDub could benefit greatly from less time playing PF against bigger opponents and could help his offensive production if he is being guarded by Nesmith, Shepard, Mathurin or Nembhard instead Siakam and Toppin.

Those two fast fouls on IH in the first messed up Mark's planned rotation and and he seems to be unable to adapt. Let's hope they get over it and IH can avoid picking up a 3rd foul in the 2nd.

yeah I know it's only halftime and blablabla but I don't see us winning a game on the road. JDub can't step up, it won't happen. We are only in this game because of Chet and shooting 60 from three.

Big boy lineup is going to get it done here. OKC makes a run and holds the lead.

Damn it! Let that big boy lineup run for 4 minutes straight!!! At least OKC has the lead going into the fourth.

I retract my complaint as I didn't read the clock right. That was 4 minutes and the Thunder went from down to up. Now they just have to hold in the 4th. Hopefully we get another 4 minute big boy run in the 4th, maybe close out the game with it.
