I get the sense that OKC doesn't practice offense whatsoever.

It's a pin down, iso or a handoff.

They don't have good guard play. Even SGA isn't the ideal PG.

So basic crap like a press makes them play faster than they actually can.

SGA needs to go get the damn ball and stop hiding in the corner. He needs to accept the trap and play 3 on 4. Otherwise, he is going to watch his teammates struggle doing high school level actions.
