Drop to 25 thanks!!

I'd rather just go with Walter Clayton at 25 if I'm the Magic.

Orlando gonna dip in that “Smaller son of Big Ten legend” well again, eh? Good luck.

I actually like Jase fit on the Magic a good deal. He isn't going to soak up a bunch of usage which is fine with Paolo and Franz, but he does provide microwave scoring, shooting and potentially some defensive upside.

Needs to develop as a passer for sure, but he's going to be so freaking good.

I'm sure I'm way out on a limb here but becoming more and more convinced he's the sleeper #2 guy this class.

Do you still feel this way after his measurements? I was kind of on the same page especially with his body control but I think his height is a disqualifying event.

Only slightly. He has above average length and reach for his height and showed how good of vertical athlete he is.

I do understand being worried about him at the highest levels of play in the playoffs though. Especially how the game is being called right now.

He dropped far too low IMO but it could turn out to be the best thing that has happened to him. The Magic needed shooting and better offensive punch from their Guards. They addressed that in part by adding Bane but Jase will only add to it. The Magic also have size behind him.

He can neatly slot right into the Cole Anthony role that opened up and grow from there. There should be minutes and scoring opportunities for him on that team without overburdening him. The Magic and Jase should both be happy with how it played out for them.
