I wanted to get back to work and attack this summer.
Training has been going good. I've been in the gym consistently, and at this stage of my career, turning 30, it's more about maintaining my body and making sure I can maximize my performance during the NBA season.
The approach has shifted too. When I was 26, 27, 28, I was spending a lot of time lifting heavy weights and building that foundation.
Now, I'm pretty much where I need to be from a strength and body perspective, so it's more about attacking basketball and getting more time on the court.
It's all about being smart with how I prepare.

Agree. He was always sloppy, but he was straight up completely unprepared last year. He's still not a good fit here at his best, but at his best he's at least an NBA rotation player. I hope every team is reading the hard work he's putting in, and a sucker emerges.

I read the whole page.
Get this clown off my team as soon as humanly possible. OMG. It is so much worse than i thought with him.
It is very clear to me that his heart is not 100% in the game.
After the season ended, I gave myself about a week in Milwaukee to decompress. Just me, my dogs, and some time to process everything that happened.
Sometimes you need that space to reset before diving into what's next.
Then it was straight to Florida: my offseason home base and honestly the best time of year for me. There's something about being down there that just hits different.
The energy, the weather, the whole vibe.
But the real highlight? The Monaco Grand Prix.
Not in love with the game. Not in love with the grind. Can't handle the pressure. Just wants to be a fashion boy posting pictures of himself getting off a helicopter.
And then there's this....
This summer is all about training.
I'm excited to have a healthy offseason where I can get better every single day. That's the mindset I'm locked into right now.
But the real highlight? My 30th birthday.
I'm currently planning what's going to be an absolute circus.
From a human standpoint, i cant knock him. If i were getting paid 20+ million per year for several years, i would try to have the time of my life as well and i wouldn't care about fans that much. But I am not him, I am a Bucks fan, and therefore I strongly dislike him.
Giannis may go off and travel after the season but he leaves no doubt at all that he is doing everything he can to be his best as a player during the season. Kuzma, you do not have that luxury. Stop talking about the Monaco **** Grand Prix and start talking about how you're shooting 1000 corner threes per day you unserious clown.

The idea that he's strong enough and his body is fine is clearly delusional, but I'm glad he recognizes that he spun out at the end of the year, and hopefully the fact that he's in the gym without much of a break will be good for his conditioning. He can certainly play better than he did.

He alluded to strength, which I agree was fine. It's unclear whether he thought he was lean & conditioned enough. But this work can only help in those regards. I think conditioning, carrying extra weight, & selection was more the problem w/ the shot than not enough practice.
I'd like to hear he realizes he's not a star now & is embracing a role ala Aaron Gordon transitioning to the Nuggets. Maybe this isn't the venue. An interviewer should prod him. Doc could also help functionality by playing him as 6th man & w/ Giannis only in the 4/5 lineups.

Yeah, maybe give it a Goog before writing a novel.
Lol ok i will take the lump here. But even with that what about a sign and trade scenario for BP or Brook. Ok I am trying to trick someone into doing the legwork. I admitted I am lazy. But leave the how out of the equation. Anyone else a fan of his game and feel as I do? That he has always been kinda blocked by other lead guards. That well he has excelled in his role he has potential to be more in the right situation.
He's a streaky scorer, but definitely talented. Definitely not a point guard. I think he's fallen a bit out of favor under Christie. Lots of cooks in that guard kitchen. They've long been linked to Kuzma, I would kick the tires there at the very least.
Yeah he is definitely one of those hot or cold types just like Trent. But his ability on ball is very underrated imo. Unlike trent who is more the catch and shoot type. His handle has always impressed me along with his quickness attacking close outs. While i agree that he is not a true point guard in any sense he does have some playmaking trent lacks. Think he would benefit playing next to someone with Giannis gravity. His ability to attack close outs with his speed and burst is something this team has lacked since Bledsoe. But he is a much better shooter than Bledsoe just think his type is rare but under valued due to fit issues. A combo guard who is undersized for a full time 2. But unlike most guys in that vain his elite vertical and explosiveness make him more attractive to me. Think he could be mich more than he is with the right opportunity on the right team. Needs to be starter at PG but can't be the lead playmaker. Needs to have an elite big to take attention off him. Think he could really fit here. Think he makes playing a guy like Andre at 3 more plausible as well.
Bucks fandom bringing me happiness still seems like a dream.

Bucks get: Trey Murphy
Murphy and Lauri are my two favorite targets at this point, but I think this is short of his value.
I think Lauri is currently the better player, but due to the uniqueness of his game, which some organizations might not realize how to weaponize, and his contract, there’s probably fewer teams going after him.
Murphy, on the other hand, is the modern wing prototype, and considering he’s only 24, everyone should be after him. I think the above offer would quickly be surpassed. We could include Bobby to get up to 3 1sts, and include a couple more swaps, but I just don’t know if it gets us there.

Their asking price is a playable playoff player, a young talent, and 2- 1sts. Who knows which players Dumars and Weaver like.

With a number of teams looking to get under the second apron, I’m not opposed to keeping KPJ, then trying to use any cap we have to take on players like Grayson Allen along with getting draft picks. Not sure if we could S&T Brook for a large TPE and some seconds and then absorb guys into the TPE. Also use whatever MLE to do the same.
Assuming that is legal, what type of options do we have to us?

Yeah they are hard to come by, and Brogdon doesn’t fit that description lol.

While I believe strongly that my bald friends deserve to wear a headband as much as haired guys, there is something about the “headband on bald” look that makes me think of deodorant. Scott Williams, Drew Gooden, Stromile Swift… I kind of want to rub their heads on my arm pit.
