McDaniels?

Doubtful he's part of that group.

Dillingham is the most (relatively) interesting.

They have lower level guys like Shannon, Miller, and Clark.

Minott and Garza are techinally young but have not shown an ability to get minutes.

Not a super inspiring group.
dilly is too small and will be a negative on defense. Pass.

Gambo said a couple of weeks ago a Minnesota trade begins and ends with Jaden McDaniels. Why do they need McDaniels if they have KD? Why do they need Randle if they have Gobert. I expect Randle will get a big payday if he performs well for us next year.

McDaniels and Randle would work. Add in their first round pick and I would take it and run.

The only other trade I like is the Miami trade with Ware and Jovic along with Wiggins and their 1st round pick.

McDaniels would be good but I'm really not that high on Randle, think I'd prefer a Ware + picks or Jabari +picks package if we can get those

That just proves he's carrying the FOs water, because no way McDaniels was ever going to be in the deal.

Ware, Jovic Wiggins and picks would be pretty decent

and if they REALLY want Durant, just offer to take Beal for Robinson and Rozier :)

At a quick glance all they are talking about is Murray…

Dillingham is basically a one way guard. He's a fast, shifty scoring guard very much in the mold of Brandon Jennings and Brandon knight maybe.

Sprinkle that in with some random flashes of Immanuel Quickly and that's Dillingham. He was a recent top 8 lotto prospect though and has trade value for sure.

I'd look to move him to another team for pieces and picks.

All these other teams fans think they can get KD without giving up something. The good thing is all the teams that are interested happen to play in the same division.

If Ishbia's goal is to compete in 2025/2026

1) get Bradley Beal to take a stretch/waive to get under the apron levels to get the MLE
2) trade O'Neale and Allen for less $$ coming in than going out
3) maybe Miami does the Ware, Jovic, Wiggins trade

4) sign CP3

Ishbia is trying to get Jace Richardson.

I have 0 doubt that's who he wants, and its why I dont really want us to get a high pick in this deal. Jace at 20 or so is fine, Jace in the top 10 would be a killer.

Ishbia went to school with the kid's dad and won a title together, he ABSOLUTELY wants Jace on this team.

I'd bet anything.

Dude. There’s no way, right?

I think the better question is: what pick is too high for ish to talk himself into Jace?

I think that 1+2 are out and MAYBE 3 but anything after that, all bets are off. No matter where we pick. Even if we somehow got #4, there's a solid chance he take him. Ishbia knows his father personally and has for like 20 years. He's a Sun if he's there.

I know I'm placing money on him being our pick the second those odds are released and if we're in striking range.

People are turning up their noses at Randle & DDV, but a year ago that was basically the package for Towns, and Towns value a year ago was higher than it is now, while Randle's value now is higher than it was a year ago. KD might be a more impactful player than Towns was, he probably is if you discount availability, but his trade value isn't higher than 2024 Towns, for obvious reasons (age, contract situation, injury risk, etc).

I can't see the Wolves moving Gobert at all. He's really important to them in the RS, and his trade value is too high for the Suns to get him. Also if the Wolves moved Gobert for KD they'd be left with no center and 3 power forwards (KD, Nazr, and Randle). Clearly that makes no sense for the Wolves. The Suns podcaster saying it should be Gobert has no sources, and is just telling fans what they want to hear.

I talked about Jase Richardson about a month ago and I agreehat we are gonna try to draft him.

The most important thing is that he is really talented and I love his potential as defensive PG with potential on offense. He has been compared to Derek Fisher.

I would love to draft him somewhere around #15, probably he is available later.
