Something around Murphy / Herb for Garland / Allen could make sense. Maybe rub in a little Jrue to cleveland boston salary dump spice.

I think this is the most realistic base if Cleveland want to make a huge change but it’s more realistic to trade just one of Garland or Allen and just retool the team.

I'm off the opinion that if you trade one, you should trade both and get as much value in return as you can. Also, Allen/Mobley makes Mitchell/Garland work and vice versa.

You definitely have a better understanding of the Cavs than I do but for a team that got that good in the regular season I would generally prefer a tweak rather than a big changes.

I'd run it back. We were 0-2 without Garland in that Pacers series so the idea that we'll get better by trading him leaves me skeptical we're better trading just him.
