How were you able to pair Butler with Durant?

Twolves Butler

Isn't Durant/Seattle matched with Portland?

He’s using Warriors KD.

Minnesota Timberwolves - Golden State Warriors (Ricky Rubio and Jonny Flynn over Steph Curry, 2009)

I get it. We can only use those draft pairings from page 1 not other pairings we think are draft misses.

Almost took Bird. I expected him to go down earlier. Being picked in the 7th spot can be huge.

One of those drafts where the fourth guy gets a more or less equal talent to the 8th guy. Oscar paired with another Celtic was of the options I heavily considered, there were like 5 pairs I considered the same level

I never remember Oscar is a Sacramento franchise player. I wouldn't have picked him, but still.

There's a more obvious pairing with Oscar from a purely talent POV. Taking Horford instead is a bit of a chess move based on fit and future availability of players.

We'll see if it proves to be the correct move or not.
