Perhaps something like the following works, with some other small salary players added....

Holiday and #26 to Denver
#19 to BOS
Porter Jr to BKN

The Celtics should be thanking the Magic

If the Celtics trade Porzingis or Holiday they are definitely getting a least a 1st round pick for each.

Lol exactly what I was thinking - Bane making $37M a year so not like he is on some affordable deal

He is at least better than Bridges IMO who went for similar last offseason. Gives the Magic some shooting and shot creation they really need while still being a great defender.

White can definitely get the C's a pick in the lottery this year and another 1st or 2 for sure.

Bane's a good player but never saw much shot creation from him, lot's of 3's and drives when Ja kicked it out to him. Please, please let there be another GM who thinks like Orlando does and thinks Jrue puts them over the top. We'll be set for life. Clippers? Rockets? Kings? Warriors? Nuggets? Bucks? Grizzlies? Timberwolves? Glad to take 4 unprotected firsts from any of those. Or anybody, actually.

This tells me jaylen browns value is real high

And if celtics want giannis he could be had by jaylen brown or not even jaylen

Jaylen is probably 5 first round picks and a pick swap and a better player than cole anthony kcp.

In fact derrick white is probably worth 3 first round picks or so.

Id imagine jrue gets you back a first as well easily.

If Celtics want giannis or anyone ( ja morant - Pritchard + porzingis and 1 firsts would get him)they can get these players easily

Bane was a big part of winning games at times when Ja was injured. He’s a good player. 4 firsts? I’m not judging, you’re worth what someone is willing to pay.

This isn’t the trade that tells me Jrue has value, it just reinforces that teams are willing to pay more when they feel it’s the piece that can put them over the top.

Jrue can put a team over the top, I definitely believe he can snag a young guy and a first. The young guy won’t be a big name, but will have shown flashes, maybe being ready outside of a team with a short window.

Edit: my stance is, I don’t want them to trade Jrue. I’m just talking, because he’s one name always mentioned going out. Not much else to talk about.

Could also be that the Magic saw Pope and Anthony were useless against the C's and they pivoted towards a change. Anthony really seemed pissed off every time he was subbed out.

They also much feel really good about Anthony Black at PG.

I think it's safe to say that the price for all the big moveable pieces--Giannis, KD, Jrue, etc. just went up. We're all waiting on the Nets for the next big shoe to drop.
