I'd have it as Jabari, Ware, Sochan and Dilly

1. Jabari - I think he's the most proven currently and he's already shown solid two-way production, he's got elite physicals and he's still only 22.
2. Ware - I personally like him a fair bit which is why I have him higher than Sochan. I was hoping he would drop in the last draft and he's had a solid rookie campaign. I like his size, I like his shooting potential and I like his efficiency.
3. Sochan - He's shown he's a really good defender already but a lot left off the table when it comes to his offense.
3. Dilly - I have him marginally lower than Sochan only mainly because I don't particularly like his style nor size with that style. Also didn't have a good rookie campaign to dispel my pre-draft view on him.

Just my opinion...

From a pure upside perspective, I'd say:

Ware
Smith Jr
Sochan
Dillingham

But as far as most likely to reach a reasonable approximation of what that upside is, I'd go:

Smith Jr
Ware
Dillingham
Sochan

Those 2026 and 2030 of ours swapped 3-4 ways are premium picks that Memphis has now. Not sure if theyre too tangled to get them back.

Then its Ware. No other thing they have could bring that reaction. They arent trading Herro/Bam so it has to be Ware.

Wouldn't want Herro even if they offered him to us for nothing.

Ideally -

Ware, Jovic, pick 20, 2026, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031(all unprotected)

for

Durant, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2029, 2030 (all multi-swapped)

Whatever filler they want

------

More realistically -

Ware, Jovic, pick 20, 2026, 2028, 2030 (all unprotected)

for

Durant, 2026, 2028, 2029, 2030 (all multi-swapped)

Whatever filler they want

Any trade with the Heat starts with Ware and Jovic coming back to Suns. Probably the 20th pick in this year's draft, and perhaps even another pick in the future.

Would have to include Duncan Robinson, and reroute Terry Rozier to a third team in order to match salaries. Suns wouldn't be able to take on Rozier as the salaries would be slightly over what KD makes.

I could see Hornets taking back Terry Rozier and Miles Bridges being sent over to the Suns, and the Heat picks going to Hornets.

Another scenario could be the Bulls if they are looking to trade Coby White, and Suns could give the same package to the Bulls instead of the Hornets. Bulls would have to include Lonzo Ball where he could go to either Suns or Heat.

A surprising amount

2025: Warriors #20
2026: Own
2027: Lotto protected to Charlotte.
2028: Own
2029: Own
2030+: Own

Nit-picking but I would pass on the pick this year and grab more futures if possible. With Ware and Jovic, that's two 21-22 year olds to add to our rooks from this year. I would prefer a future pick rather than #20 in this draft.

That’s good. I’m a firm believer, 3 picks minimum are comb to the Suns. (And no out going picks).

Going to take a good tax person to do the math

I thought Wiggins Jovic and Ware would do it but probably not

Beal ain’t going anywhere. I’ve accepted that fact. Beal
Doesn’t want to uproot his family and I get it. Plus, he’s stats fell sharply when he came to phx to play third string. Between his contract, his low stat numbers and his no trade. There is no way he’s going anywhere.
