Congrats, OKC and fans.
1 win away from a championship.
OkC first lead of the series 3-2.
First time all playoffs, Pacers trailing in a series.

Get well, Haliburton!
Pacers are gritty.

I really like Haliburton but I don't understand his lack of aggressiveness shooting. He had clear open looks from 3 SEVERAL times in this game and hesitated, pump faked, etc. Makes no sense; you can still shoot with his injury ... At least I think so?

Maybe he doesn't want to hurt his start players ego?

I'm not sure...seems odd. TJ should've seen some time in the 4th.

No NBA coach has the guts to bench their star player and not let them finish the game no matter how bad they're playing. Pippen almost cost his team a game by throwing a tantrum by not getting the last shot. Stars egos are fragile

Haliburton is an odd guy. He seems to fall apart at times.

I know the injury is a part of it, but other players in the NBA would still figure out how to be productive.

Feel bad for Hali. He’s going to catch a lot of undeserved heat the next couple days. Dude clearly is hobbled anyone who thinks otherwise is just a pure hater.

More like Thunder defense, every switch they got a man in front of him. ALL ELITE defense.

What a coming out party for J-WIll. This postseason run feels like what the '91 playoffs was for Pippen. Assuming he stays in OKC, he's going to be the league's best #2 for a long time.

Hey Rick Carlisle’s the man but I was questioning his coaching decisions this game with leaving Bradley and Nembhard in the game for too long while leaving Siakam and McConnell on the bench for an extended period of time. Can’t be perfect but Halliburton’s injury threw a monkey in their wrench and had them pivot too suddenly.

The guy is obviously injured.

Kendrick Perkins was never a good player. He should be fired for calling Haliburton scared.

The Pacers wouldn't be here without Haliburton. Tyrese literally made NBA history more than once on playoff game winners.

Woodsanity, I think criticism of the player that carried the Pacers this far is insanity.
The Wizards shoukd have drafted Derik Queen

I told you so :banghead:

Even with a title, there is no conversation for me. I'll take J-Dub and a struggling Chet over Murray/MPJ any day. Nuggets should have even got Lavine who is better than Murray imo.

It sucks bc people want him to be an all time great pg or a choker. His talent level is just average all star point guard historically. He’s being held to too high of a standard.

He got a lot of praise, should take a lot of heat as well by playing like Michael Carter Williams.

Some high level shotmaking and defensive dominance on both sides. High energy, tough, physical game. I think it's going 7.

They have sucked at finding Siakam at the end of games. Even the last game plenty of good opportunities but no one gets him the ball.

So much unnecessary badmouthing of players in this thread.
