Sucks but it's a reminder you can find legit star level talent outside the top 10.

Leon gotta hold this L!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was going to dispute this but then they said:

like not keep Cam on the roster lol

SOLD!

But signing guys like Fournier and Kemba to multi-year deals the year prior was wild.

Also, if not Williams, Tari Eason would fit us like a glove.

They were annointing him as a top 10 player just last week. But he's too inconsistent. One night he looks like magic johnson with range the next he looks like a scared sixth man with Tj McConnell looking like the team alpha. So now ESPN is hard at work with the injury excuse

Prior to this, Pacers have not lost back-to-back games since March. Am sure their confidence in this series has been greatly shook regardless of what they may say. OKC better go for the kill in Game 6.

Jalen Duren was another too! Knicks actually selected him with the 13th pick but he got traded immediately to Detroit with Kemba Walker

I think disregarding the draft entirely has been the biggest weakness of the FO. Almost all title teams have a mix of drafting core players and trading, signing others. What is incredibly frustrating with the examples of Duren and Williams is the fact that they practically contributed in a major major way right away, in their rookie seasons. Like Jalen Williams in his rookie season was close to as good as Bridges is right now, at a fraction of the cost. Duren in his rookie season was somewhat comparable to what Hartenstein has brought (although their games are different). Had we drafted those two there is almost no doubt the Knicks would be in the finals right now as heavy favorites against any west team.

If Williams and Holmgren can figure out how to shoot consistantly from the outside then the Thunder have a good chance of winning multiple titles. Like many.

Congrats to the Thunder for winning their first championship. Maybe they’ll be nice and let the Pacers win game 6, so that they can celebrate on their home floor.

Dude has been subpar in the finals. The Pacers should trade him straight up for Devin Booker, which moves Nembhard back to his natural position.
