Memphis will get the second best pick between Washington. Phoenix, and Orlando.

We have 4 centers (assuming Mo is back) and not one true point guard on the roster. My head keeps wondering if Chris Paul would be open to signing as a backup here if we can move some money out. He would fit this team’s identity like a glove.

Yeah, Mo, Goga, WCJ and Isaac in spot duty. And humorously I can’t say we are crazy happy about any of them (Mo because of the injury mostly).

After the press conference, Bane has such a maturity and calmness that’s going to be great for our young guys.

It’s clear we were not willing to sacrifice defensive efficiency.

Also, Bane is (statistically) a better 3-pt shooter.


Herro is simply flashier and player for a bigger market team. Herro is a very nice player in a similar tier, but all things considered, for Orlando, Bane >>> Herro. For a different team in a different situation that might flip.

We have an amazing players coach. It’s crazy to me how many people discuss getting rid of him for this young team.

Some day that value might run out — but it’s crazy to think coaches don’t improve over time also.
