Bulls/Cavs

Post#1 » by bgrep14 » Wed Jun 18, 2025 2:50 pm

Bulls: Giddy (S&T 5/125), pick 12, and 2027 1st top 5 protected.

Cavs: Garland

Bulls: Get a young 2x all star point guard

Cavs: Get a bigger point guard next to Mitchell who doesn’t need to dominate the ball and save money.

Value and fits aside, and both are awful, the Cavs won't be able to do this as a second apron team.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Pretty easy to do a 2 part with Okoro and just send him to a third team. Curious to understand your take on fit? I think having a 6’8 ball deferring PG next to Mitchell is exactly what the Cavs need.

Can't combine S&T with 2025 draft picks. OP, feel free to re-post if you believe you can fix this deal without that restriction.
