Get Davion his QO
Move Wiggins and Kyle for expirings
Buyout rozier
Potential buyout to Kevin Love
Hold firm on herro highsmith and jovic, no extensions to either of them
Release Robinson

Then we get to see JJJ Jovic Ware Larrson in summer league.

Buying out Rozier doesn’t do anything for us, trade him with an asset for something

Buying out Rozier is worst case scenario. His contract currently counts for 26 mil against the cap but has unrealized 2 mil in incentives of playing in 70 games and making second rd of playoffs. He can be bought out at 24 mil. Hopefully that’s incentive for another team in trade. It should be

Also ridding ourselves of Rozier is a plus.. first he is a negative on the court.. second it opens more playing time for larrson, JJJ..

The Pivot if we can’t land KD is to begin the long con for Anthony Edwards. Start acquiring assets to move in a deal, and wait two to 3 years

I'm not sure what Phoenix's thinking is here. Any team willing to take a risk on Durant for a year has to hedge that bet with a lesser offer OR with a player with a burdensome contract. And with Phoenix severely limited by being over the 2nd apron, there is a structural limit they can't get around unless and until they get below the 2nd apron.

An interesting idea would be Durant to Boston to replace Tatum until he returns. Porzingis, Holiday, and Hauser would need to head out and 3rd and 4th teams would be required. Cleveland could potentially include Garland in this muli-team deal with Brooklyn or Utah entering the chat to add some of their 1-year guys.

I don't feel like actually coming up with a deal that would work cap-wise.

Suns dont like the offers. They probably think there's no way they can get any worse so theyre gonna wait it out. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain by waiting hoping another team convinces themselves to make a move or HOU MIA get impatient cuz they wanna make other moves so they increase their offer. This is totally normal and expected out of the suns and I get it.

We just gotta wait until the draft or until someone ups their offer. Seems suns are effed since hou SAS mia all seem comfortable getting him at their price and if they dont, oh well.

The offers are such trash they are better off keeping KD and making a playoff run.

Burns and Gambo suggest all the trade offer are just as good or slightly better than the Heat. Heat are basically bidding against themselves

Would you be ok on preparing the roster to get Durant next summer in a sign and trade?

Wonder if the rumored Miami offer is real, and if so, if Miami's waiting to "concede" by adding Jovic to the offer.

Do you think Ware, Jovic, and JJJ can or will become players on the Jrue Holiday, DeMar DeRozan, Kevin Durant level?

Unrealistic to expect they will get to Durant level.

Could they be better than current day DeRozan and Holiday? Possibly.

I think a deal for a vet PG will be necessary if we acquire KD though. Holiday, Smart, Quickley, Lonzo, Sexton, McCollum all possibilities IMO.

We just saw two young teams get to finals on youth, athleticism and depth
And some of ya'll are clamouring to trade our youth for Derozan and Jrue. Jrue is washed. That's another Rozier trade what to happen. And Derozan is a career playoff choker.
KD I don't agree going after him but I understand the logic. But not Jrue, Derozan, or Porzingis
