That would be insanely bad for Philly, no? I would love it.

Maybe they want max cap space for 2026 FA?

George looked pretty washed last season and has 3 very expensive seasons to go on his contract. Just getting several meh players on smaller contracts is a big win in a deal for PG. Especially if they don't have a guy they really like at #3.

It make sense for PHX to get Randle and Claxton to upgrade their frontcourt if they want to win, while MIN keeps Gobert to help KD and Naz.

Alternatively, if PHX demands Gobert, MIN needs to get Durant AND Claxton, even if it means spinning Randle elsewhere. Again, KD and Naz, without a center behind them, is not a contending team. Claxton and Durant have some familiarity from BRK years ago. Trading Gobert and having no center and three PF’s (KD, Randle, Naz) makes no sense.

I still think it's Naz going to Nets but could see Randle.

Randle+DDV to Nets
Durant to Minny
Gobert to Suns

Would that be it?

2 questions as i'm looking at doing some trades

1) Would Bucks be able to trade Dame time even though he is injured and what type of teams would want him and why and would Bucks even consider moving Dame???

2) When it comes to Boston and them staying under the tax, who are they looking to trade is everyone the trading block except Tatum?? heard rumors that even Brown could be gone ???
My Go Team
Magic, Jordan, Bird, Duncan, Shaq

My Counter
Stockton, Kobe, Pippen, Rodman, Dirk

Today's Team
Luka, SGA, Tatum, Giannis, Wemby

There's no CBA reason why the Bucks wouldn't be able to trade Lillard. The issue is that it would be tough to find a team willing to trade for him given that he's very expensive, probably out for the year and kind of old so less than certain to be elite enough to be worth his contract past next season (and Mil doesn't have much in the way of pick/prospect options to add incentive). The point for the Bucks is that Giannis doesn't have that many MVP tier seasons left and given their other roster limitations they could be out of the playoffs entirely with Lillard out for the year.

2) When it comes to Boston and them staying under the tax, who are they looking to trade is everyone the trading block except Tatum?? heard rumors that even Brown could be gone ???

I get the feeling that Holiday and Porzingis are the two main guys on the block. White and Brown probably aren't untouchable but teams would need to make big offers as Boston would generally prefer to keep them.

With the 2nd apron there's zero possibility for a Mavs-Celrics trade of AD for Brown correct?

Assuming a 3rd team is needed, is there a path for Sabonis to Bos, AD to Sac, and Brown to Dallas with Dac giving picks to both?

Brown makes 4m less than AD next year(25/26). About 5m more this year(24/25) a trade is certainly possible with a third team.
Sabonis is about 10-11m less than Brown both years.
I think it’s very possible with a 4th team. Dallas will not want to take back more money so they can avoid being hard capped at the first Apron. Boston will not either and will not want to aggregate.
Sac has some room.
I think Boston would rather end up with AD but would need to send out more money ( complete the trade in 2024/25. This makes their 25/26 salary even higher though.

Answering 1): Jazz could easily take Lillard if a distant 1st is attached or at least a couple of swaps.

Ace Bailey just cancelled the workout with Sixers. Seems like Sixers is trading down.

Sounds like Bailey and his agent have a desired destination and are trying to discourage other teams from picking him. Philly may trade down but this isn't reflective of it imo.

Bailey is far from the clear number 3 in this class, would make no sense for them to trade down, just take Edgecomb which seems like what they were already gonna do

Also, I don’t think he’s worked out for anyone at all.

Yea a lot simpler if it's just the 2 teams, just don't see a viable path given apron rules

Bailey shouldn't have any power here. Two top 3/4 guys on one team that couldn't even make March Madness. Clearly something doesn't add up

I feel like the xD to BOS ship (AD, KD) has sailed. AD actively refused it and his father dragged the org over IT. KD has passed multiple times (not that he was mentioned here). Sabonis, could work, but I think BOS keeps Brown over either option unless the DAL pick is the Maine one. Which, it won't be.

But yeah, purely on CBA mechanics, Sabonis or save enough money on other deals works.

Even with age availability contracts and all other factors, I still have it as

AD>Jaylen>>>Sabonis

So imo, Sac owes picks to both. But maybe I'm biased
