Bailey has to have a destination in mind, no? This is pretty wild.

A team where he wants to be a ball hog. I think utah takes him and then he busts and adds to tbeir terrible drafting record the past few years

Morey isn't going to draft Ace imo. Morey is very analytics driven and Ace is the antithesis of analytics darling.

If they stay at 3, I think it will be Edgecombe.

With the Bailey news he going to drop. I think now the top 3 will be

Flagg
Harper
Edgecombe

After that it's going to be interesting where Ace falls. I'm doubting he goes to the Hornets based on his camp wanting him to go to a team where he'll be the focus of their development. So that leaves 5-8 (Jazz, Wizards, Pelicans, and Nets) this will be interesting.

I really like Queen. You cannot teach fluidity and mobility at that size. Plus he's already got refined iso skills. You can never have enough scorers.

At worst the Wiz will take Ace themselves, which opens up Fears to go to Brooklyn. I'm guessing the Hornets and Pels will be choosing between Tre, Kon and Khaman.

That everything is still in such flux beyond the top two is pretty funny.

I do think Morey will want VJ or Kon.

Can we fast forward to Draft Night? Nothing is going to happen until next week. I still think we are trading out of 9 unless Khaman is available.

If Ace Bailey drops to like 6th, is it worth trying to trade up? He's obviously risky but i also think he has a very high ceiling. I don't even know what it would take to move up 3 spots.

We got a better chance of trading down than trading up

The Raps typically place a lot of importance on character, analytics....I don't think Ace would be high on their board. At least not high enough to trade up and give up multiple assets.
