I think the deal is if you miss the pick and the next 3 teams pick ahead of you he will then pick for your team from nbadraft.net big board.

So if you think you might not be on in time to make your pick at 2, you could send him a pm saying "My top 2 are ***** and then ******", and he'll draft whoever is available the highest on your board

Also you're not supposed to say any guy's name who hasn't been drafted yet. So even though I know who the top 2 picks are gonna be, I can't comment on how good I think Mecca's guy is gonna be and how upset I am that I fell all the way to 4 lol.

Absolutely loved picking up my NY/Pitt guy Champagnie. Had a strong year for Wash and think he fits in to what we are trying to do here. Had to pay up by giving up Wiggins + moving up in the 1st round draft capital but I like the long term fit.

Yup, you have done a good job increasing your odds at hits. No one is perfect even the guys that get paid to do this IRL. But getting more swings increases your odds. You don't need everyone to hit even if you get a couple that would be a success.
