I agree. He has terribly narrow shoulders/frame. His early career injury history is major red flag, too. 7 footer with a narrow frame. Since being drafted in 2022, he has played in 146 of a possible 278 games (52%). Already has a major foot injury and major hip injury.

For his upside case he needs to be able to better bump with bigs AND remain fleet-footed enough to switch in space on the perimeter. Very tricky combo.

Had a teammate in high school who was a 6’7 sharpshooter. Obviously he is shorter but they were built the exact same frame wise, they tried so hard to get him to gain weight making him drink protein shakes multiple times and day, eating big meals, lifting, etc. and he just couldn’t pack on any weight no matter what they did. He still ended up going D1 but could’ve been a lot better with some added size. I get the same vibes from Chet, that oxtail and cornbread he’s always talking about isn’t working for him

They need to directly inject the hormones they give to the cows in Oklahoma.

Turner averaging 11-4-2 shooting 37% from the field.

Both better than Bam if you go read the around the league thread, love it.

Kel'el Ware vs Cleveland: 5ppg 5rpg 0.5bpg on 44 FG% 27 3tp%.

And people on here want to make him untouchable  The numbers from Chet is, imo, best-case production from Ware.

You can't judge players on a single series, not even Haliburton who has been garbage in the Finals and whose teams has played better without him because McConnell has been so effective.

too silly to really get into this again.

I feel like SA and Vertical are the same person

When they have a take on something it’s not just a subtle take, they lean into it to the absolute extreme lol

When we don’t land KD because we didn’t to send “cash considerations” and then buy a 2nd round pick in the draft this year >>>>>>>

Man if Riley is really only offering Wiggins duncan #20 and thats it, that's pretty wild. Lmao.
If adding JJJ would get it done and we won't add him, I'd throw my phone 100%.

I mean... it has to be either Kevin Love (for the love of God do it lmao) or Pelle. I reallllyyy like Pelle so... **** it, hold firm Riles. I want Pelle and Ware here for a long time. Pelle is a dawg and cuts well and good IQ for a rookie.

C'mon Brooklyn--let's work a deal including Claxton that gives PHX their starting center on Booker's timeline and allows Miami to keep Ware.

What are we sending Brooklyn for them to send Claxton to PHX? I remember Brooklyn wanting 2 frps for him (they obviously never got it). Also if suns cant aggregate salaries, how would they take on both Wiggins and Claxton? Unless Wiggins goes to nets as an asset along with one of the suns bad frps (they turned 1 into 3 from the Jazz), we send JJJ #20 duncan and they get claxton for Wiggins and a jazz frp (doubt that works for nets), unless they know they can get value out of Wiggins from warriors or Lakers etc.

This was my thinking:

Add one FRP going to BKN. I can get on board with this deal. Phoenix gets a young starting frontcourt with super complementary skillset squarely on Booker's timeline, a chance to bring back Jaime to rookie year status (and market him in Phoenix), and the cap relief via Duncan's contract that they desperately need. Brooklyn gets a FRP and a useful player in Wiggins with a nice 1-2 year window where they can pump & move him (send him to a contender for value now or wait a season and have a valued expiring + solid starting player combo for any trade).

Who is this deal not enough for?

Not sure Brooklyn would eat Wiggins because of the length of the contract. I'd think you'd need a 4th team who liked Wiggins and would swap a player on a 1-year deal for him. Maybe he could be sent to Golden St in a S&T for Kuminga? or to Utah for John Collins?

According to Ernie…. I bet he is drumming up a story that Riley does not want to get rid of Rozier!! Suns want Wiggins and Rozier… and Riley is like nope. Those are our untouchables.

Imagine calling a player to lure him away from Miami and 5.5M per, to go play in mf'ing Milwaukee on a minimum deal. That cant be true. Id be embarrassed to make that call.

Thats worse than being tipsy at 2am and sliding into some girls DM with 10k followers that doesnt follow you lmao

Why are you all giving Butler's secretary credibility?

How would Ernny know what the holdup is lol. He doesn't know sh*t.

All he wants to do is make it seem like the holdup is some minimal player (i.e. Jovic) so that if we miss out on KD the fans will turn on Riley. It's to avenge his boy, Butler.

More than likely, the holdup is the Suns still having some time before making a decision and hoping one of the interested teams folds and gives up a bigger load. They realistically have until June 25th (at the earliest) to make a decision. It's not like there are a lot of star-level pieces on the market that contending teams will be looking to trade for - after KD there is Derozan, so it's not like the interested team's are going to move on to 'plan B' due to the hardball being played by the Suns.

Suns desperately want Rozier but Riley, unwilling to concede the mistake of trading for him, is steadfast in overseeing Terry's resurgence in a Heat uniform eh

Word is Riley is looking to trade Rozier and a future lottery protected pick for Mike Conley.
