I would have been fine pulling him regardless. He's a max effort guy who hasn't thrown 100 pitches in a game. He was at his limit. Sitting definitely didn't help.

Hopefully Quintana bounces back after a bad start against the Cards. Woods Richardson was great his last start but has been very hittable this season.

Jacob Misiorowski has racked up half a win(0.5 WAR) so far through his first 2 starts. Over the course of a 32 start season that would be the equivalent of a 16 WAR player.

Pretty darn good
