i don't think this is a bad return for pheonix. need to see the rest of their moves this summer but for kd, i think it was a decent return.

rockets traded from their surplus to get someone to win now so good for them too.

I don't like it for Phoenix at all, but I also don't like it for Houston. Glad they didn't trade Jabari though. We'll see if Durant will actually buy in and help the team win games. I expect them to make the playoffs, but that dude isn't about to take them to the Finals, without a ton of internal improvement.

in a world where good role players are going for 5 FRP's + salary matching talent, HOU didn't give up a lot. But KD is already older and needs an extension so he prob wasnt worth alot.

HOU had an overcrowded roster, so this move basically replaces JG with KD and clears Brooks spot for Tari/Cam to break in and get more playing time. I think everyone who watched HOU last year wanted to see all the wings get more run.

HOU off loaded their worst rotation players and didn't give up any of their young prospects for a still elite KD. They won the deal and it's not even close
