He’s one of the oldest players in the league and he happens to be amongst the pettiest and most childish.

Would have been cool, oh well. Not really tripping. Ingram coming into the rotation, an improved Scottie, Jakobe, and Gradey, next season should be fun either way. If for some reason we suck (Ingram gets injured, or maybe no one improves), then we can tank for AJ or Boozer.

Next time we'll put a gun to KD & PHXs FO's heads to get it done. In reality however there's only so much the Raps can do.

In case you missed it, Houston was one of the destinations KD wanted so this isn't a coincidence or a lack of effort.

How useful is a 40% shooter on such low volume? Last year he finally increased the volume and it's still on the low side at 6.2 3PA per 36 and his percentage dropped to 35%. It could be variance but it's not what you want to see either.

He's a 38% ATB shooter these past couple seasons on about 2 attempts per game, which isn't nothing. Yogurt isn't wrong, he isn't JUST a corner shooter. But he is pretty well just an undersized PF who can do C+S (and little else). And like I said, he's actually pretty inefficient overall these past couple seasons, which is balls for a roleplayer.

Like, if the incentive is to shed RJ's contract at the expense of talent, then that's... not great. But we definitely lose more than we gain as far as P Will is concerned. The prayer, of course, is that the pick it comes with would be worthwhile.

I don’t see how those are conflicting ideas. It’s their responsibility to look into what a player like KD will cost; that doesn’t mean trading for him at that cost is a good idea.

Masai is going to have interest in anyone that is an upgrade. But he isn’t going to overpay unless it's for Giannis, I believe. Everyone else, he looks for good deals on.

We already added to our roster next season adding BI. Go get a legit backup C and have a good draft, and I will be happy.

For sure, Masai probably put in a offer and had a mind set of if we get him we get him. He wasn't going to play the bidding game.
