Confirmed. Basketball's volatility forces avid fans into an erratic state at best. Throw in multipliers like game 7, finals...
To remain sane, I have to remind myself that this is supposed to be fun and exciting, understanding, as a fan, that it's a privilege making it to this point.

I don't have to imagine. I've been through it. It's the best and worst feelings all at once.

I'm a fan of neither but i'm too scared to watch Game 7
so i'll record it and only watch it if the Pacers win!
The Thunder seem really arrogant so watching them win is unsightly
especially SGA he's unsightly

Game 7's are awful. 2002 Lakers vs Kings felt like I was gonna have an aneurysm. Game 7 vs Celtics in 2010, I was still in college, so I was suffering from my own school exam finals and Lakers game 7. It was funny or sad to see how many guys just rushed through their test after 15-20 minutes so they could watch the games. good luck to both sides. I'm rooting for Caruso but I also want to see Reggie Miller clown Spike Lee at the parade

Re: Imagine the stress levels of Thunder or Pacers fan
the worst part is that we are not teams used to win. I would feel a lot better if I was a Lakers/Boston fan that had championship experience and know I will probably have another great team in the near future. This feels like a one shot thing.

It has been ridiculously stressful as we already saw a game 7 against the Nuggets. I'm happy this series is ending tonight, hoping for joy instead of depression, but either way the anxiety will be gone.

I also remember the eruption and the relief when Tracy Porter sealed the game.
The buildup to the Super Bowl and the game itself was pretty relaxing actually. The NFCCG was the nerve-wracking one we had to win.
