If this is true then Tim Connelly is trying to become this years Nico Harrison. Hopefully the calamity that ensues will be enough to fire TC and Finch. Though by that point the team will be a ruined heap and no one will care. To quote the water boy “we suck again.”

Mr. Kahn? Is this you???

Besides yourself of course, can you please provide us with a list of the more successful GMs and Head Coaches in our franchise history than Connelly and Finch?

I'll hang up and listen, David. Thanks.

I think Durant was a smokescreen for Connelly and the trade discussions gave him the opportunity to find out who else might be available around the league.

I fully expect we still make a significant trade.

That is too bad. Suns just love shooting guards. They need to hire Mike D'antoni to create a scheme to play Brooks, Green, Allen, Beal, and Booker as the greatest small lineup in history.

Phoenix really needs to hit on the #10 because that's not great value.

Green and Brooks are likely contracts HOU doesn't mind moving. Green just looks like the next Jordan Poole and Brooks makes a lot for a goon.

I wouldn't mind running back. Get a future big with the 17 and pick up a guard to replace NAW.

Glad it's over. Would've liked to see KD here, but not upset about it. Don't love the trade for Phoenix, they should try and flip Green for better value.

They need to flip Green while he still has a little shine on him. I can't believe they didn't get a PG or C in the deal.

It's basically Green and the #10 pick for KD. I think they should at least get Smith JR with it. Trade Green may mean they get almost nothing for KD. They need to trade Brooks for some value.

Brooks is a solid player. He can play SF for them and help them for sure. Gotta assume they're lining up deals for Green/Grayson Allen, maybe Royce O'Neal.

They're really stuck with Beal and he won't come off the bench.

"Rockets, Suns Haven't Had Recent Kevin Durant Trade Talks" - this was the headline on RealGM 6/22 - 9:38am. That is how much people outside really knows about NBA trades

I mean considering what he went for kind of surprised we couldn't make Randle DDV and #17 work.

Durant wanted to play for hometown team. NBA will reward Phx with nice lotto pick.

I think they just went for the highest pick they could get. I doubt they wanted Randle and DDV is completely redundant.

They should try to move Green and Brooks for a better fitting piece.
