KD is still a great scorer but he’s lazy.

So he's not a Lambo which holds value after all ?

Check our record and stats last season. We were smelly hot garbage.

Nothing new. Remember Bledsoe, Thomas, Goran logjam. Current FO is not a smarter group.

And that was the problem with the Durant. Not trading for Durant but the price to trade for him.

Added to that the Beal and Ayton fiascos. Dipshitbia hit the trifecta. But I still would have preferred to keep the Twins.

I don’t understand how Suns couldn’t even Reed Sheppard at the least.

There really is zero point to trading booker unless you get a truly phenomenal offer with a proven younger talent AND quality picks. We lack control of our picks all the way through 2031 and we can't get them all back from a Book trade as half are swapped to hell with multiple teams. Even if we got 27/29 back from Houston, we still can't go for the typical tank/rebuild route as every other year we'd be picking out of the lottery.

Because Houston knew we had no leverage and our FO is a joke. Our FO set up a self-imposed public deadline to deal before the draft and they called our bluff on it. Also didn't help that Minn/Toronto's reported offers were probably contingent on KDs cooperation which he wasn't giving them

He is a Lambo. But still good value. A 2021 Porsche gt3, Land Rover defender, opportunity to draft another luxury car, and opportunity for 5 more utility vehicles for a 2007 Lambo.
That’s a good return.

KD is not lazy. He just doesn't care much win or lose. He doesn't act like a leader, he just worry about playing hoop as an individual and that is enough for him to wake up and turn up. Doesn't care about outcome as much as he should.

Booker is the same as KD.

I don't blame Beal.

As I said, he has been professional. He was the one who moved to the bench. He didn't complain to the media about roles and his biggest focus is keeping his family in a stable situation. You cannot hate that.

He’s an old Lambo. He’s trying to preserve his worth. He’s lazy because he has miles on him. He’s not trying to put in more effort to rebound or play defense. Going to a team like Houston that has a bunch of utility vehicles they can drive and just use the Lambo when they wanna show off. I don’t think they’ll win but that’s what KD needs.

Yeah I don't blame Beal either, took the best deal for himself and his family. It's on our FO for trading for him knowing he had a NTC, was redundant with Book, and not negotiating the NTC out of his contract as part of the trade.

I doubt it, plenty of offseason left, including draft night. The KD trade is post July 6th technically so can be expanded as well theoretically.

I'm sure Grayson will get moved and probably Royce too to ensure we are under the 2nd apron. I do think we will keep Jalen at least for this year.

I think the Suns had a bottom 5 front office since the SSOL days. Blanks/Babby/JJ/now these clowns. This is the final result if you do that.
We traded for the 2 most despisable, stpd players with terrible contracts, and did not get any of the 4 very gettable young players that we HAD to aim for, no future firsts. Fng idiots.
Green will expire here - he has no value. Maybe as an expiring. Brooks will likely expire here, he is just a stpd clown, fugazi thug, wannabe toughguy who noone fears or even takes seriously, and he can not play basketball either. I think one of the darkest days of this franchise.
I swear to god, I would have liked it better if we send KD home and not play him. He can F off - maybe that would have lit a fire under his unbothered buddy as well. Go check out his reaction to the trade - he is a human turd, i hope he tears both his achiles the first day he steps on court next time.
As for the suns front office and ownership - i just hope they die real quick, as thats the only way they will stop ruining this franchise.
