Ruptured Achilles. Just like KD. Very sad.

I don't think I'lll ever root harder for a non-Bulls team to win a Finals game. Go Pacers. Do it for your fans, and for history. And for Hali.

Indiana Pacers continue getting the irrational wrath of the basketball gods.

Injury fortunes continue, this one being the worst yet. The most talented prime injury team ever:

Haliburton
Oladipo
Granger
George

Throw in season-suspended Artest, O’Neal and Jackson there too.. and Reggie’s broken eye socket during the playoffs, whenever that was (97?).

Horrible scenario, I feel for the kid.

Lol at Caruso and Bradley in the Finals, and Bulls still stuck with continuity.

Ugh, such a bummer for Halli. Will be a crazy story if Indy were somehow still to win.

Boy, east is going to be completely wide open next season with Hali, Tatum, and Lillard out extensively.

It’s only good for Orlando and Cavs

If the Bulls do, you would be complaining to much to ever hear it.

NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

Does seem insane, Achilles tear used to be such a rare injury.

Wasn't Hali playing through an injury and he was at risk of further injuring himself? Didn't the same thing happen with KD?

It sucks, but he and the franchise was playing roulette with his body, and they lost.

Does it mean he's out all next year too?

Achilles injuries take about a year to get back to playing, so I'd say he is likely definitely out all of next season at the minimum.

I saw Nikola Topic in the background smiling. He just won a ring before playing a single NBA game.

They have a deep team, so they still might be competitive in the regular season, but not so much in the playoffs.

The Carushow!!!!

Bulls fans worldwide surely happy for the guy. “Winner” and “Loser” get bandied about far too freely imo, but he’s one dude who is most certainly the former.

Wanted him to get a real ring, and now he has it.
