Man, Imagine being in the Pacers shoes. You start the day off thinking your team might win the title and then your best player suffers a major injury that sets you back the entire next year and you lose the game. Also this was probably the one shot they had now. **** brutal

Nothing like dunking on people at their lowest? Imagine Suns fans doing that to us.

I enjoy reading other boards after they've been eliminated to see the hot takes and who they blame. I never post though.

Hopefully Silver mentions the Bucks Cup championship.

It's even worse cause they would have been better off losing game six.

OKC won with 40/28/71 splits. If there's one thing stopping them from doing what others haven't been able to do for 7 years it's their offence being pretty **** house unless they force turnovers.

Brutal. 1982 Brewers trying to win without Rollie and taking a 3-2 series lead into game six. And then losing it all.

Indy was so damn entertaining. But they aren’t going back.

ESPN needs to revamp this crew for next year.

They were goddamned horrid. ESPN has been that for years, though.

3 star players lost to achilles in the playoffs is crazy.

Pacers were such a fun team to watch.

Espn though unwatchable, woof. Every part of their broadcast team needs to be jettisoned. Brutal.

And they will still be too good to tank next year with all those try hards on the roster

The Pacers had what, like 4 of the most improbable post season comeback wins of all time? And it STILL wasn't enough to get it done. And the odds are very slim they ever get back here with this same core.

It's so hard to win it all. I'm salty with how things have turned out since 2021, but it still amazes me we won one.

Anybody else see the clip of Shump and Windy analyzing one of the Finals games? Pretty obvious juxtaposition of what ESPN is and what it damn well should be.

They can never take 2021 from us. And that memory will age like a fine wine.

The East is going to be weird next year. So many teams with top players injured. Indy still has a style of play and player depth that can keep them afloat.

Indy will need to decide what to do with Turner but they will likely get an injured player exception to add to the team.

If I'm Indy I would see if the Lakers would be interested in a S&T with Turner for Reaves. I hope they don't.

so now the Knicks and the Magic are probably the betting favorites in the East next year i would imagine.
