Who is nique?

Heat probably trading the pick anyway.

Nique Clifford.

Don't worry brackdan70, that is actually how NBA Drafts happen for real with Miami Heat.

We talk for months on end, fixate on 3 or 4 guys, convince ourselves the world will end if we don't pick them. Miami drafts someone we've barely talked about. We rage. We watch some highlights. We convince ourselves we have the next superstar.

Every pick from 13 to 30 traded this draft (cept for BOS pick), lol.

I really like him. In real life I hope he drops to 28.

Of the 2 guys in the 20 range the Heat have worked out, I'd probably prefer Jase Richardson. Will Riley seems a bit redundant on this team.

Edit: Will Riley ^^

I sorta agree but I watched a lot of his games this season and he definitely could get a lot better. If we drafted him he'd probably be a 2 season project before we see results. He needs an NBA body and Spo gonna have to teach him some D. He's got a really nice offensive package and probably can beat most wings with his size and speed off the bounce. If the Heat can develop him he could be a steal as a future combo guard his handle is underrated imo.

Are we confident that only first rounder we worked out are Richardson (who's unlikely to be available at #20) and Will Riley (who looks like a second rounder to me) ?

I won't be slandering our drafting ability. Those guys in back are legit turd polishers. If they can put 20-30lbs on Will Riley that dude will be able to contribute at NBA level above the average talent drafted at #20 imo. He's got a nice bag and has some frame that could take some weight.

That's what is out there, which is unusual for the Heat. I think it means that pick it probably going to be traded before or after the draft.

Been one of the slowest predraft process we have had in a long while. Unless we already know we are taking Ben Saraf who is in the championship game for Ulm

Givony has us taking Walter Clayton Jr at 20 with Jase Richardson sliding to 25 in his latest mock.

It does seem quiet, but remember there was footage of Asa Newell in one of the videos where we were showing Davion’s workout.

Maybe we just have kept everything well under wraps this time?

Even though its not on the tracker, the Heat did attend the Clutch workout the other month where Walter Clayton worked out. Plus there seems to be a lot of buzz around the Heat and him the last couple weeks. Maybe that ends up being their choice after all.

My top 3 realistic choices are probably Ben Saraf, Walter Clayton, and Jase Richardson. Ben can't workout due to him still playing so he's still in it my eyes lol
