If there was anyway to come out of that with Fears and Flemming that would be cool... Don't know what value Herro has, but a top 5 pick is probably at least the start of a good return....

The Hornets desperately need shooting, so maybe they could get the 4th pick plus for Herro.

If 2+ stuff could be had for Bam, sign me up.

If 4 could be had for Herro, hand over the pen.

I want Herro gone and replaced with a legit PG. With Trae Ja Garland etc. they may suck defensively just like Tyler but they can score AND their great playmakers which is one of our biggest needs

I get that. Which is why I'd even take a flyer on melo. Those guys are offensive engines, but you can't pair any of those types with herro. But reading reddit and such, I realize I'm the minority on herro. Was just reading how herro is a better 2 way player than prime Beal. So who knows? Maybe herro becomes the 2 way monster heat fans think he can be. Honestly had no idea herro had such a cult following.

Personally, as soon as that Bane deal was announced, I would have put Tyler up for auction. Sell high.

Word has leaked out that Walter Clayton Jr has had two workouts with us and has canceled the rest of his top 20 workouts after us which in most cases means a promise has been made. With Klutch steering this there could be an agreement in place that gets him to the Heat. Adam Finklestein is the director of scouting for CBS sports confirming this tonight in his mock. Givony and Woo also have us taking WCJ at 20.

One way combo guards just don't have the value many think they do. Blazers paid to get off Simons. It's just a really hard archtype to build around. Blazers will be able to flip jrue for much more at the deadline.

Why would we want him lol hes got 3 yesrs 110 million remaining and hes 35. Its an awful contract..

With that said, Billups probably wants a Jrue Holliday leadership to lead his young team to the next level. One of the blazers problem is their lack of veteran presence like Jrue.

They have a bunch of young guys, but no one to show them the way. Its only so much Billups can do on the sideline. Now he can have a coach on the court.

Just some more Boston and Portland collusion. Apparently the Blazers want Holiday to help bring Scoot along. Simons was also not very good defensively so they have no intentions of signing him. He’s a one year rental in Boston
