My assumption is that our next biggest rivals are Houston, Denver and the Spurs in the West (might add another team in there, who knows what Minny or the Lakers are going to do). I think about the match ups and all I see missing is the same stuff once again: more passing game and better shooting. Houston gonna have Adams inside and they are very physical so you gotta move the ball and make those shots. Victor gonna be a monster from inside so you gotta be able to pass the ball quickly and shoot. Nuggets only chance will be to make their amazing zone defense once again so it's the same story.

no clue if true but he's the only former Thunder that really showed up for us (yeah he needed to be there for work but still)

That’s odd because he genuinely talks about Boston like it’s his team. He’s been complimentary of okc but never sentimental when I’ve heard him talk.

Did you listne to him those last two months? He looked like a Thunder fan on National TV. Never heard him say anything negative about the Thunder. He also mentioned how great it was to live in Oklahoma because of the love from the fans.

He also said earlier in the playoffs (during the Nuggets series IMO) that the 2025 Thunder is way better than the 2012 team and that he never seen such an amazing defense. That speaks volume coming from a guy with a big ego.

I can honestly and proudly say I really haven’t listened to him too much in the last two months.

well in a vacuum u are definitely right to be proud about that. I do started to listen to hoop collective a lot over the last months and somehow Windhorst, Bontemps and MacMahon were the only guys from National TV that were really into what OKC was building and understanding how good we were (and Perkins appeared a lot on their show). I used to think that Windhorst was only a clown but that's the issue about working in some high audience programs with some dumb people.

I really enjoy the hop-collective. Windhorst gets so much hate and I don’t get it. I find all three of them enjoyable. Zach Lowe is the goat. I’ll listen to Bill Simmons. I don’t mind him. Is it weird to say I like his voice? Nate Duncan is pretty well informed too.

Wosny Lambre is the guy I can’t stand. Trashes the Thunder and can’t even say half the guys names correctly.

No I don’t care for Nick Wright. My chiefs fandom isn’t anywhere near the level of the thunder. Mostly a result of not wanting to be a cowboys fan and the chiefs were the only other option on tv growing up. May become a Seahawks fan now now that I live up here. 8-)

It's just Caruso teaching everyone how to play beer pong and quarters but the cups are filled with water.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.
