Maluach or Queen at #10? Or should we try for 1 of the Euro PGs.....

Out of those two if only picking between them Specifically, I'm choosing Maluach. He's a more reliable defensive presence with elite measurables and physical nature.

Sure Queen is more versatile, but he's also not as good of a defender, and at only 6'9 with a 7'0 wingspan, he'll be severely limited at the next level and honestly more of a WCJr with worse rim protection/ defense.

Honestly, my preference would be to trade down and pick up more picks and target either Danny Wolf or Maxime Raynaud and then use one of our other picks on Kalkbrenner or Zisarky ( 7'3 physical aussie with a 7'4 wingspan and a 9'6 standing reach).

Or even Vlad Goldin or Hunter Dickinson in the 50s. Both are 7'1 265 lbs and physical bigs. Goldin kore of a Zubac, and Dickinson more if a more fluid, quicker Nurkic.

But honestly, I wouldn'tt take either of Queenor Sorber as they're both undersized at 6'9 and 6'10 and we need size size andmore size!!

Yeah. We're pretty small. I'm hoping that Malauch is there but I admit that might not happen. Egor would give us great size at the PG.

I prepared for the inevitable Jace pick at #10 however.

I like Jace, not with #10 so I couldn't understand why he kept getting brought up so I looked at his college....say no more

Not only that but Ishbia won a national championship with Jace's dad, Jason Richardson. They were actual teammates and Jason was 1 of the stars of that team. Ishbia probably has known Jace since he was a kid.

Just awful. I'd rather they kept Durant and let him walk for nothing once his contract expired rather than do this. At least we would have had his contract off our books and additional flexibility, but now we're saddled with this trash.

When you have Beal, Booker, Allen and O'Neale still on your roster counting for 130m - plus Dunn and Oso - not sure the Suns would have earned enough from Durant to be well under the cap.

I like Green - just not with Beal and Booker. But so be it -- don't trade him now to trade him. Trade him for excellent value that makes sense. Otherwise, see if he can improve

I also like Brooks next to Booker and every team needs Dillon Brooks

So I am good with the trade but if the Garland trade were real and Ishbia turned that down for petty juvenile reasons, that is just not good!

Ahh, but therein lies the rub: Green is a BAD contract and that's why HOU was adamant he go rather than Smith. The only way we get off of him is to include picks and even that might not be enough. He is a bad fit here and keeping him will show that rather clearly. Both Green and Beal need to go, but only one of them is truly moveable.

Brooks is a punk; I'd rather he be sent packing, too. But we'll probably hold onto him until he outlives his usefulness or does something stupid. He's not a terrible player but he's a dirty one and I don't like that.

KD helps the Rockets to another title and the Rockets get a top 5 pick in both 27 and 29 cause the Suns are so bad. Seems right.

Funny thing is in a vacuum I kind of like Jace as a prospect. But drafting another SG would be a wild ass move.

The complete meltdown on this board about the MSU thing would be kind of funny.

Likewise. I think he's nice. But with our glut of SG's already and his Michigan connection.....probably not the opportunity we should be looking to jump on

Man, Suns have become irrelevant. Nba.com still shows HOU at #10. We need to get lucky and hit this pick badly.

Well at least now I don't have to pretend I don't hate KD anymore. Only silver lining from this garbage scenario.

Technically , it is the Rockets pick as the trade can't be until July 6

Which is stupid when the trade shows it will be the Suns

Why not make the new League year - like today

I'm hoping that Maluach falls and we take him. He'd fit great with this current team we have.

Yeah I'm skeptical he falls, some team will fall in love with his length and potential. He's the one guys who could be there that I would be absolutely pissed it the Suns pass on.

The trade can't be official until July 6th.
