Can you aggregate with outgoing S&T salary? For example, using half the Kuminga S&T money as part of outgoing to get KP?

Sign Kuminga for $25M starting (3/75 total)

BKN in: Kuminga, Moody
BKN out: fake 2nd

GSW in: KP
GSW out: Kuminga, Moody, Hield

BOS out: KP
BOS in: Hield

Forget value for now, just wondering if the mechanics are legal?
It works on fanspo (once you renounce DLo and Ziaire). But seems illegal-ish. :D

EDIT: Also works with TJD instead of Moody (or Hield).

Unless someone offers #3 (Edgecombe is the only guy i see with Jabari's upside as high end role player ) or something like 3 future firsts, he is staying. That would be my line.
-Understanding the value of young players remains a huge blindspot for people on this forum for some reason. Jabari is one of the most valuable archetypes in the league...and he is so so young.
- Baring a major trade, FVV or Durant are likely the next guys out to clear salaries. If it's FVV, and Reed struggles, I'd expect Harden to return in free agency on a cheaper deal.

Agreed, on both the high and the low end though. Most of us have a tendency to fall in love with our own guys, expecting them to improve because "they're just young" and conveniently forgetting that some young players plateau or even regress.

I don’t think you can aggregate with S an T but I could be wrong.

Yep our guys will only hit their ceilings, other teams young players being fictionally traded to our teams are only flawed...

But more importantly since nothing can be done about fan attachment and belief--a some posters don't understand how much less a player is worth making $30M AAV compared to a rookie scale deal. And don't understand that pending RFA's always return lower trade returns because they are being traded because the drafting team doesn't want to pay them.

Sounds like Denver might be trying to trade some of their injury prone players.

MPJ trade this offseason seems likely. I wonder if Nets would take into capspace?

Kyrie's deadline for his big PO was today, I'm assuming he is declining it ? It's past 5PM EDT right now, so I think this has now passed unless we see some news about him accepting it soon. If declining, he can re-negotiate with Dallas, but he's technically a free agent if other teams make offers, too, right ?

Kai should opt in and extend at 150/3.

The 2nd apron doesn’t force you to that. The lack of willingness to pay for longer term view maybe would.

Yeah. More than anything, this is just Kroenke being absolutely ill prepared for speaking in a situation like this.

Every team has to be circling New Orleans like sharks right now, what a terrible start to Dumars' tenure.

Something about Presti not having to include Chet, Jalen or SGA because he owns Denver’s picks and leverage.
