Browns always been overrated due to playing on extremely stacked teams in Boston majority of his career but he’s still a damn good player. Idk how he would feel about deferring to Tyler in Miami though

If im Boston I’m rushing to trade him. His game could easily fall off a cliff and his contract could look nightmarish in a few years time. His value will never be higher than it is now

Maybe I’m biased since I never cared for his game but I don’t see a guy who can’t dribble left being worth 60m per as his athleticism fades

His athleticism shouldnt fall off a cliff in his late 20’s.

As an aside, its pretty fun seeing the side by side reactions to the KP trade here and on the Celtics board. they arent happy with the return at all.

He's not worth his contract currently. He's a good player, but he is not worth anywhere close to $57M/season.

In a world where Herro will make 50 mil he is more than worth his contract. People need to stop getting sticker shock and just look at the % of the salary cap a contract is. Booker is about to make 75 mil a year, Bam next contract will be in the 70 mil. The NBA deal kicking in will explode contracts.

Bam is already slated to make 60 mil in a couple of years and people think a finals MVP isnt worth “anywhere close” to 57. Yes we need to get over sticker shock and accept the new reality of NBA contracts. KD at this stage I wouldnt clear the deck, but JB I would throw in Ware and allof those young guys. There’s better offers for Boston though.
