Some who under value Tyler are our vry own admins/mods. This is the issue w/ this forum & fan base. Only we sh*t on our own. Inviting other twits to offer their 2cents.

There have been worse players other teams have overpaid for. Tyler will be just fine in the open market even w/ our very own fans questioning his stock & brand.

Some of the criticism is fair, those last two games against the Cavs were definitely rough. But when I look at Tyler’s full season, he was by far our best player overall, imo. The first three months, with a TS% over 60, were undeniably impressive. Opposing coaches clearly built their game plans around Herro. He doesn’t get enough credit, but I get it the playoffs left a sour taste, and that’s understandable.

Meanwhile, doesn't look like we can even land Reaves in a trade for Bam :(

this is ridiculous... Bam is a 3 time all star, 5 time all defense, 2 time gold medalist and the Laker fans don't want to part with a guy who will never sniff an all star team & who is the same age as Bam? Lakers fans are more delusional about their own role players than our fan base

When you get Luka for AD and 1 FRP, that'll happen.

I’d like to add that while Tyler was our overall best player last season, but Bam is the most important. Even though he struggled in the first half coming off the Olympics, he was still essentially the anchor of our defense. That’s why I’m hesitant to give up Ware for KD, having him alongside Bam could help us see a stronger start from Bam next season.

Take too much out of PO performance. Put any other player of Herro’s calibre in his place, surrounded by the same inept offensive players. Wld they be much better being the main target for opposing defences, especially of Cavs defensive caliber. Tough spot for anybody to carry an offensive load in a mediocre play-in team. Replace Herro w/ Garland in that series - wld his PO performance be the same? Judge Herro when he’s surrounded w/ proper talent who is as much a threat as him & let’s see if he’s PO outing maintains.

I wouldn’t do that trade for Reeves plus 4 picks….. much less Reeves as the centerpiece….

I think both Bam & Herro are prob equally important. W/out Herro’s offence we’d have sunk early in the season already. W/out Bams defence prob be similar. Im big on D as much as our organisation is & understand how big Bam is for this team. We need both. But i agree re not giving up Ware. Reminder he unlocked Bam as soon as he was put in the starting line up, moving Bam to his natural position where he found his nuts that had disappeared prior.

We are making this pick no doubt

Welcome to the new era, where draft picks are crucial for avoiding the second apron. If we can move Wiggins to a Western Conference team and get a pick in return, that’s a win.

Laker fans want Andrew Wiggins. We definitely have an interested trade partner. They only have a 2031 1st to trade but Dalton Knecht would be a good young piece in itself to get back

If Miami is planning on moving Robinson in a trade, Knecht could take his spot. I think Miami-LA would need a 3rd team to take Hachimura, unless Miami for some reason likes the idea of taking back Hachimura. Maybe to Charlotte for Grant Williams? I friggin' hope Miami isn't even considering bringing back Gabe Vincent.

Robinson for Smart seems like a good follow-up move that would make sense for both Washington and Miami assuming Miami doesn't acquire Vincent.

Mitchell / Vincent OR Smart
Herro / Burks
G Williams???? / Highsmith
Bam / Jovic
Ware / Love

That's the kind of chit-offense, hard-nosed defensive team the Miami Heat organization loves.

Grant Williams is nursing an ACL injury but you’re probably right about a 3rd team needed. If going with the front court of Ware, Bam, and Jovic rotation trio all we really need is a capable backup Center who can also play some PF next to Bam. I like the idea of John Collins if he’s down for that type of role.

3ammy’s hole was on the table and in discussion to be included…. but that was not enough for the Suns.

Wait, sorry mixing up trades, that was part of the Dame package…
