You might be onto something. This team got a good match of everything but we really need to find a proper center if we do something like this. But I think we could get White for RJ and a second or two if we wanted to spend the least amount of assets but also improve the roster right now.

Tbh our team is nice on paper but have some weaknesses like

An attacking guard who can dish it and respectable 3 and passable D at worse.

Stretch 5 that can play within the system

More beef at guard and or forward position to defend bigger guards and forwards.

Reliable closer?can that be Ingram? Time will tell

We shouldve went after Bane.

Bane is literally a better Jaylen Brown in every way that matters, in fact hes arguably better then even Booker..

think about it..

-Bane is a plus defender
-Can create for himself and play as role player
-high volume 3pt shooter
-versatile, can play some PG seamlessly
-Ultra efficient everywhere and one of highest efficient 3pt% + high volume in the NBA.
- plays with grit, edge
-high basketball IQ
- Basically does everything you could hope for from a SG with his minutes on the court.

He's better then Jaylen Brown in every way that actually matters...( also Brown efficiency/ Basketball IQ/ acceptance of role always up and down)

and Bane is locked in much cheaper long term.

any argument against Bane gets into "naunce" , and argument in favor of Bane is connected to facts.

Hot take perhaps due to reputations, but hard to argue go look at the numbers + tape.

like think about even a dream acquisition for this team someone like Trey Murphy..
Bane is just better/more multidimensional/can create his own shot/smarter/an even deadlier and more efficient 3pt shooter / assertive and leader.

He's the exact type player/big fish we need , Who is similar that could be available? --- Star level player, underrated, insanely efficient (42% 3pt on high volume), headed into prime, locked in contract..

is there even a guy like that out there to target? the Bane trade was not an overpay.

RJ and 9 for Cam, 18, 22 and 26.

Then flip IQ plus 22 and 26 for White.

Take Sorber at 18.
