It's only notable because there may still be evangelicals

The guy is probably as far from a Christian as possible. I’m not exaggerating maybe only GG Allin is less of a Christian than Trump.

In 2016 I predicted he would say t*ts in a speech. Can’t be much longer now.

I think most know Trump is far from one, but sadly he for whatever reason is the appointed leader of the party that aligns much closer with the core values.

Just out of curiosity, what do you believe those core
values to be? I'd be happy to see a list of 3-5 values.

That's the Norwegian guy that was barred from entering the US for having a JD Vance meme on his phone?

It’s over people. Jim Ryan forced out. The Judiciary neutered.

helped along with Youngkin's appointees to the board who elected to force Ryan out vs fighting it. it's insidious and pervasive.

As a UVA alum, it's clear Jim Ryan was a terrible president, but even given that he should not have been forced out because of authoritarian pressure in this way.

My apologies. I was being snarky. Yesterday was a dark day. I consider Jim Ryan a friend and frankly - as someone who has been associated with UVA for almost 40 years - I see him as the best, most transformative and heart led leader we’ve ever had. He’s kind, he’s thoughtful, he’s strategic, he’s accessible, he’s a great fundraiser and he’s been able to make a ton of badly needed administrative changes.

So, I was taking exception to your assertion that he was a bad President. Nonetheless, my response was uncalled for and I apologize

Pay walled but let's see

Anyway Mamdani brought young voters to the polls who the geriatric dems have repeatedly failed to do. Tax the rich, use the proceeds to improve the lives of the poor. It's not that complicated folks.

I've long felt that both parties would each benefit by a greater appreciation of and respect for the opinion
of their children. Thanks to my wife, and their teachers along the way, and not meaning to overly denigrate my
own contribution, I really trust my own kids to make important decisions. I feel fortunate or some would
say blessed to be able to feel that way.

Maybe to be elected there ought to be an increasing age cut-off threshold. Obviously there would be trade offs
in such an approach. Imagine if once you reached the age of say 70, you had to reach a higher threshold.
Just a thought experiment. And yes it would be complicated.
