An underrated move is to get all our picks back tonight. Considering both BKN and OKC want to move up, it is doable.

If they're not sold on the star potential of guys at the top this could be the way to go.

Get all our picks back, and maybe some extra, and still grab 1 or 2 prospects in the 1st round.

Sets us up nicely going forward.

Agree. Like I said, ideally trading down with CHA and then again with BKN or WSH would keep us in the lottery and add a bunch of picks.

I'm willing to go even further down. Like flipping #8 to OKC for #15 and our pick back next year and maybe something extra since they have tons of picks. Just depends on the evaluation of prospects at #8 vs. #15.

SI is about as bottomfeeder as you can get; maybe a step up from SixerSense. That quote said absolutely nothing other than Sixers could do something today.

Hell yeah, dude!

Enlighten me.

From VJ, I saw a pretty incredible athlete with a defense reputation and good shooting numbers. At least a good 3-and-D player and maybe more. Tre has a better scoring profile, and his passing highlight reel showed really good court vision. He wasn't the primary point guard, so he didn't have great assist numbers, but he shows potential there. On the tape of the KY-TX game, he was running behind his man almost every possession.

Meanwhile, VJ also has his issues on defense, but there's certainly a commitment to at least trying. This is probably his best offensive game, so I wanted to see a similar situation to the one I presented of Tre above. And in crunchtime, we see him stay with his man and force the turnover to give them a chance down three.

VJ is such a great prospect that we'll get a haul for trading him, right?

This should make you ignore anything Chris Mannix says. The guy isn't credible and he's a Boston shill.

This is definitely achievable if this is route they choose.

Also, just comparing Tre vs VJ, it's kinda crazy how much VJ's passing is getting underrated by everyone. He is a waaay better passer than Tre even if the stats suggests they are comparable. His vision is excellent; that includes interior entry passes and cross court pinpoint passes.

I think he was being sarcastic.

You haven't been here the last few weeks with the Bailey bandwagoneers?

I could sense some sarcasm there but seriously Jakucionis's name hasn't been mentioned or has it?

If we move down to #8 I'm fine with any of:

Kasparas
Kon
Tre
Noa
CMB
Fears
Coward

Which is why I'd be ok moving even further down to #15 via an OKC trade to bank even more future picks, unless we're convinced there is a surefire star at #8.

What’s your wild prediction for the draft?

I have Spurs drafting VJ, and we end up with Harper.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.
