That’s a step back to replace a rotation vet with a rookie PF. Don’t see it.

Paolo plays 38+ mpg and we have three guards in the back court. They can move Isaac for an actual point guard.

I’m fine with Tristan and a rookie splitting those spot minutes. Instead of a rookie point guard potentially filling in for often injured Bane and Suggs.

I’m glad you don’t call the shots.

I agree, but it’s either or and you can’t have it both ways.

Either Isaac and a rookie PG/SG depth or good veteran PG/SG depth and rookie big.

Point guards usually take a bit longer to develop so the general idea makes perfect sense.

Move Goga. Didn’t provide anything in the playoffs. Draft a big and resign Moe. We can now add the vet guard needed.

I'll take that as a compliment.

You'd have Fultz here still if it were up to you.

Nothing that I said is a hot take. You are either moving Goga or Isaac and drafting their replacements based on who you can target using them in a trade.

I acknowledge wrong calls. Fultz was cooked and is now gone.

I expect goga and Jett to be moved for a SG (to phnx for Grayson Allen?) we pick the Chinese center to replace Goga and sign a backup PG like Jones or Brogdon (my preference). Keep JI together with Wagner (mo).

Boston probably has a promise from the league that theyll get the first pick next year. Bottom out, get as much draft picks/young talent as possible and get Tatum back. Rebuild done!

haha.... yup!

And how are we going to pay Simons? He is going to come in.... and next season with the cap going up.... no clue how much he will want.

This offseason is going to be like a shuffling a deck of cards.

I could see malik monk coming to being an option. 2-3 years of control around $20 million

Getting both. Hauser is excellent...every bit the threat from 3 as higher-profile names like Kennard, Grayson, etc that are thrown around here...and a First? Too good for ORL.

Hauser is still only a fringe rotational player. I would move Goga for the key guard position open unless we already have a player who is signing for some variant MLE.

Hauser is a shooting wing which is a need.

I don't understand - he's a "fringe rotational player"...that's what we're talking about...and being a fringe rotational player on the Celtics championship team is a very good player...I agree that Hauser is a shooting wing which IS a need...Hauser probably has similar value as Goga, in a vacuum...the pick is overkill...unless, somehow, BOS was also saving a bunch of $$ which is their priority.

Hauser is like a fully formed version of Houstan/TDS. He's a very capable, high volume 3PT sniper role player.

If we could get him straight up for Goga, I'd jump.

I am annoyed at the possibility of Boston getting Dybantsa next year. He was born in Boston btw

Will be interesting to see if they go for the tank or stop making moves and be an OK team next year.
