So what about a three team deal with Sacramento and LA where we send it Wiggins, Rozier and 20 and get DeRozan and Monk, LA get Wiggins, and the Kings get Rozier, Knecht, Rui, Vincent, and our first?

Anytime think that could work? I don't want DeRozan but I do get the vision at least.

To me, that is asking for trouble. Herro is not a PG, he is not a table setter, he is better when he is moving without the ball, and his focus is on getting a bucket. And this pigeon hole's him again into being the PG.

Actually it doesn't. Monk average 5.6 assists last year and could come off the bench if need be, given that we'll have Mitchell and Dru Smith

Cap space is still important. It allows you to bail out teams for assets and get good players they need to dump in return.

Or removes the need to have any assets/contracts worth trading

Highsmith goes out and Knecht is the backup two guard. Larrson becomes the swing defensive wing.

I see no reason to include Highsmith. I think that's additional value we shouldn't be adding.

Highsmith as your backup 2 guard is roster malpractice. I would rather have the shooting and scoring upside of Knecht. For salary matching in order to get Knecht you need Highsmith or Love salary included. I assume Lakers also toss in a 2nd

Offense has never been and never will be a priority for Miami so long as the current administration remains in place. If Riley could annul the need for offense, he would. #defensewinschampionships
