Once again I hope for the seesaw of luck/decision making to swing back to our favor, and we see AK pull a trade of some sort that Bulls fans universally consider a win. I doubt it, but I can still hope.

Various posters on this forum have championed about a dozen names, and I don't feel particularly strongly about any one way or the other, so I don't think I'll be pissed off the way I was the Williams pick.

I'm vibing they're going to pick Beringer. Pretty meh for me. Beringer's upside to me is Gafford. Even if you got Gafford I wouldn't be over the moon with that at 12, but if you don't? Best I can say is his athleticism and burst make it unlikely he'll be a total bust - he can probably carve out a role as a 10-15 MPG backup center based on blocks and being a lob target.

I feel like if we make a trade it's going to be attaching Pat to one of our valuable assets to get off his contract. Which would be awful, so it wouldn't surprise me.

We probably used up our luck when Matas fell to us at 11 and we somehow didn't screw it up.

I know nothing about Beringer, but you're making him sound like Jaxson Hayes, which would be really bad.
