All we hear is nonstop propaganda about how "VJ is a hard worker", meanwhile his offensive skills are rudimentary at best and he's more than a year older than Ace and some other top freshman.

So if he's been working so damn hard, why can't he handle, dribble, create shots and finish?

Because he doesnt want to make Ace Bailey look worse than he already is

My biggest fear tonight is Morey pulls off a “win now” move knowing his shelf life as Sixers GM is getting shorter.
Does he make a pick with patience to see a player develop over time?

When Philly trades the pick and Maxey to Boston for Jaylen Brown...

What really scares me is the thought of him drafting Kon Kneuppel.

I would be shocked. Morey has definitely gotten interest from a few of the teams behind us to trade back. If he wanted Kon, he could trade back a few picks and still take him.

If Kon was part of trading back, I don't think it's that bad.

I’m ok with it given he’s paid to evaluate 18-22 year olds. It would feel too mean spirited if he really roasted some kid.

It made it through the Hali injury in game 7 so I think it’ll be ok for the night.

It’s a concern, but not a big concern. I don’t think Morey feel much pressure regarding his job. And they are already getting younger. He can’t admit it publicly, but he knows Embiid extension and PG contracts were disasters, and this team isn’t going to contend next year.

Sure, if Embiid came back healthy and PG was at peak level, they could contend in the East with guys like Tatum, Lillard, and Haliburton out, but I don’t think it’s realistic.

This reporter is sweating his ass off in Maine.

It's about time we had our own hyper-athletic dominant guard like Russell Westbrook, Victor Oladipo, or Dwyane Wade.

VJ Edgecombe is that guy.

Morey also said he'd take offers all the way up to the pick. I don't know who to believe lol
