I think we can all be confident that AK had a Moneyball viewing sessions and it has inspired his decision making for today.

You think the draft is the best night of the entire NBA calender? Better than watching actual games?

Actually yeah. Hope is a drug.

Inject it straight into my veins.

Totally. Billy Beane and Arturas view team building the EXACT same way/both are super forward thinkers.

Saraf at 24.

If our top guys are gone I’d even do 12 for 19 & 22 with BKN.

WTF is BKN about to do with FIVE first round picks. Crazy. Gotta have a move up their sleeve.

For me 19 and 22 isn’t enough for 12. Need another asset.

Brooklyn has cap room to absorb Jevon Carter’s contract.

Swap our 45th pick for their 36th pick.

Bulls trade: 12, 45, Carter (salary dump)
Nets trade: 19, 22, 36

My semi realistic hopes for tonight
1-Maluach
2-CMB
3- Queen
4- KJ

I don’t think we should draft for need at all because we suck so bad but I’d like the seemingly imminent KJ pick way way more if I knew we were trading Giddey tonight for 2 picks in the 20s and not signing him to 30 million a year. Pairing those two makes little sense to me long term.

Betting odds have Tre falling. Probably to Raps.

Could push Noa past Raps.

KJ could be there too.

Disney+ has ESPN.

That's where I'll be watching.

I’m headed to Australia later this year and I didn’t know ESPN worked on Disney+ outside of the US, so thank you for this tip!

The Spurs have agreed to trade the No. 38 overall pick in this year’s draft to the Pacers in exchange for a future second-round pick and cash, reports Shams Charania of ESPN (Twitter link).

Let's take him and force ATL to give us something to swap!!

What would you want for that swap? 2nd round picks?

It's more than what we have now ! But i kinda like Newell myself. He just seems to have less holes in his game than the rest of the guys in our range

I’d be totally okay with this provided that there is no player who unexpectedly falls. He comes with risk, definitely, but so do most players within our range, but the one thing I’m confident about is that despite his age, he is going to contribute right away and in no time, would be our starting power forward.

Whenever I watch him, he just has great basketball instincts despite missed plays or bad timing at times, he reads plays very well and isn’t afraid to mix it up. He will be able to contribute on both ends which is a plus as well.

It will be interesting to see who AKME select. Curious to see the direction they head.

Draftkings is not posting odds on Beringer at 12, but CMB has moved ahead to the lowest odds for us at +350. Moved down from +650 last night
