I'm pretty sure the story back in the day was that Steph Curry wanted to go to the Knicks and did not want to go to the Warriors. Warriors drafted him anyways and it all worked out.

The worst kept secret was Curry wanted NY and NY wanted Curry. If I remember correctly Curry didn't even work out for them, and they had Monte Ellis. I was so pissed when GS took him, but you know if we did get him, he would've been traded in a salary dumb for 2010 free agency

These kids haven't heard no before though. And now theyre getting paid paid in college. So I get them not wanting to go hoop in Utah. But life just isnt like that even for the fortunate. But I can have some empathy for him even if he is financially set. He is about to live in a city he doesn't really fck with. That sucks. If he enjoys hiking though its dope as hell.

ESPN’s draft coverage is so bad, why don’t you have actual analysis with college/draft analysis skills and knowledge up there talking about the prospects. Bob Myers and SAS barely know anything about these players

If we'd drafted Curry, he was so talented, I think he'd have been loved, but that doesn't guarantee us a title with him, just one very good player.

Ancient history though. Like if the Mets hadn't traded Nolan Ryan (The Angels wanted Gale Gentry, but the Mets said no chance. Gentry's a keeper, we'll send you Ryan).

Still, they should talk to their agents and get some advice. They should at least know what they're putting at risk by not working out for teams.
