To start, he'll likely be the first big off the bench.

I know he has his limitations but he has standout characteristics. Excellent rebounder and screener. Quick jumper without needing to bend deeply at the knees to get rise. Strong. Excellent passer. Elite rim finishing.

Truly think he'd be top 3 if he was 2 inches taller. I wouldn't sweat that difference given what he can do

It seems like he's an outlier in a part of the game. If he could bully in college then he'll do it in the pros.

The whole problem with Pascal & Scottie was the spacing so we went and repeated the issue.

You've said this like 4 times lol. He's going to start as a backup 4 and 5. The fit is perfect. He will be able to play the 5 in certain lineups and play the 4 in others. His defense will allow him to at the 3 as required too. If he ever gets a jumper, watch out, but the kid has an amazing feel for the game. Also if you hear him talk in interviews he's very smart and has a good head on his shoulders.

Poeltl/Barnes/CMB will be a tough team to score inside against. We're following more the Houston and Orlando model here - well they took that model from us.
