My completely uniformed opinion is that I hate this pick.

Was way down my list, closer to DND, though I would have been fine with a trade down.

Unfortunately we were on the wrong side of a tier break, but Maluach might have been in that tier above.

If he is, that’s the end of this front office.

Wanted KM but I will never doubt Masai and Dan again when it comes to the draft. I was wrong about Scottie in 2021.

I think they see CMB as OG's replacement.

Everyone wants “BPA over fit” until it really comes down to it. CMB was one of the most productive players in college basketball. Him being a non shooter doesn’t take away from all the other things he does well

1. The FO has been the best drafting FO of the last decade, one miss won't be their end
2. It takes a while to know if you made the correct decision in any given draft; the result here won't be known for a while and the future of this FO will be known by then
