Maybe he's not coming over for a few years? Maybe he's part of another trade or replacing Ayton who is going out???

FWIW - I like some of what Yang brings. I just cant understand A) value and B) using 2 FRP in 2 years on C locked players.

We have to be trading this - maybe BRK? Right? Right?

Inexcusable to draft him this high. Absolutely nuts. I hope that magic 1st isnt protected

If nothing else, we've got to give it to Schmidt and Cronin. We expected some upset and confused people no matter what, but truly they might've brought us together on this one.

Except for zzaj.

I assume Case is just dead at this point from rage.

Yep--terrible pick at 16.

I would have been happy with him at the very end of the 1st or as an early 2nd.

Thinking about it - taking the first hyped Chinese player in like 20 years has to be a big mover in the franchise sales worth. Have to think that played a role here if we keep him.

But ya, great, we now have invested 2 FRP in 2 years in position locked C and on top of that they are both non-switchers with relatively slow feet who dont compliment each other in any way what-so-ever.

Cronin and Schmitz are absolutely stupid.

Even if Yang ends up being great, he was mocked in the second round to trade him you idiots.

This is laughable.

Ah hahahaha. I dunno what to say, this is very unexpected.

Make or break type pick for a head scout.

yeah, I like Yang too. But... then trade down to get him. No one was going to pick him before 25 for sure.

Yang is fine as a slower version of Boban, but with slightly better interior scoring, plus passing.

Really, really bad pick in all ways at 16.

Absolutely hate this draft. Massive fail.

Front office knows they are gonna get fired soon and are sabotaging the new owners.
