Maybe Miami likes Kasparas as the second coming of Dragic.

Ask anyone on this board, I’m in these draft threads. Easily more than you.

Have fun reading Mr.Draft expert, It was Ace or Jak.

Are you able to read? There are a bunch of different names being mentioned. A few guys say Jak, and there are others saying Maluach, Bailey, Edgecombe, etc.

But yeah, everyone wanted Jak…

Let's make a trade for Brooklyn 26th pick and draft him

"Elite" is a big word with Ingram. Even at his best, he wasn't that, though he was quite good. He's also more of a "now" player a decade into his career than anything else. He was acquired cheaply, which was good, but he's also barely available.

IF CMB works out, we are talking about having a top 3 defense in the league.

And if we remain worse than 20th on O, that'll matter only so much. We need to not blow donkeys on offense. I don't want to watch another team like the KO special...

I think we have the players on our roster to do it. It might be cliche but internal development is where we are going to make the most progresssss.

Fleming and Powell are 2 guys I'd target.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

Oh if thats the case....Thats a good trade for Hornets....I like the upside of bringing in Fears/Queen as a rookie duo for them....

Called it. Kasp and Troare could be looked at as great value picks in the future.

tsherkin wrote:So, now we HAVE to trade someone. Scottie makes some sense in that regard. CMB is cheaper, and if we are banking on improvement, then the younger guy makes more sense. But this has to be a prelude to SOMEthing, right?

Probably not. I get it that CMB was highly praised and valued through the draft but we’ve essentially traded for a guy who can’t shoot to who’s best position is the same as the best player on our team who also can’t shoot and our starting SF will play the backup PF spot at some points too.

Wonder if an RJ to Brooklyn trade could still be in the works to get one of their 2 remaining picks. Would love to nab Fleming in this range

Early on for sure, I think I would have placed him in the very unpredictable 6-14 range, but never would have expected him to be available with the 20th pick in the draft. I'm very curious to see how far he falls now

Jak at 20 is huge value. Riley’s old ass brain still working great.
