I wasn't the biggest CMB fan....But i wasn't shocked we picked him....I had moments where i questioned his Fit, Size, Shooting which are the obvious red flags....But i think he will be a good player.....I think we all just need to trust Masai with this pick.....I liked him off his highlight tape....Just still question the fit but ill trust Masai.

One thing that I'm very happy to see and I think has been kind of an unspoken fault of Masai's has always been drafting very "nice" good kids. He drafted a dawg in this one and its been long overdue. You need Dawgs in this league, we all know where nice guys finish

Shead has a little something but outside if him, the last dawg we drafted was Banton who isn't on the team. We need grit/toughness badly

Why do we want to burn picks year after year drafting non shooting wings and then try and teach them to shoot when we can just draft wings who can shoot?

We already drafted Barnes and while he's an all-star, building a team around him won't be easy. Even Draymond had two of the best shooters of all time around him.

Then we drafted Mogbo last year.

Now we've drafted CMB.

The general philosophy seems to be to take productive/versatile/athletic two way players (mostly forwards) and teach shooting. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. I like CMB's feel/instincts/game more than Scottie's tbh, but don't like the shooting form and he's not a very vertical player
